The primary mandate of the Home is to provide holidays for disadvantaged and vulnerable children, child-headed household, paediatric hospices, homes and orphanages throughout Kwazulu Natal.
The funds required to sponsor these holidays come from donors as well as the income generated during the school terms from visiting school, church and other organisation groups.
Hibbhome has a lot to offer to visiting groups. Perhaps the most enjoyable aspect being the prominent and unmistakable positive, happy and relaxed atmosphere that reigns supreme over the Home.
The Home is situated in a peaceful and safe environment, surrounded by indigenous bush with a short path that leads directly from the front door to the beach. Early risers will often see pods of dolphins and whales frolicking or just passing by.
The property is safe and secure, it is fully fenced and there are security patrols the area from 6pm to 6am.
While the benefits to your school, group or organisation are evident, the benefits your support renders to disadvantaged children will be inestimable.
